After selecting your package and making payment, you'll receive a detailed questionnaire to share your vision, preferences, and space details. We'll analyze your responses and create your custom design. You'll receive the initial design package within the stated timeline, review it, and submit feedback. We'll refine the design based on your input through the included revision rounds, then deliver your final package with everything you need to implement the design.

Absolutely! We design for a wide range of budgets. During the initial questionnaire, you'll specify your furnishing budget (separate from our design fee), and we'll curate selections that align with your financial parameters. Our Premium package includes budget optimization with high and low options for flexibility. We believe beautiful design is achievable at every price point.

Your package includes multiple revision rounds specifically to ensure you're thrilled with the final result. We work collaboratively to refine the design based on your feedback. If you're still not satisfied after utilizing your included revisions, you can purchase additional revision rounds. Yes! Our packages are designed for DIY implementation. You'll receive detailed guides, measurements, and shopping links to make the process as smooth as possible. If you prefer professional installation, we can provide contractor recommendations (Premium package), though we don't directly manage on-site work. You have complete flexibility in how you bring the design to life, whether DIY or with hired help.

You'll need to provide room dimensions (length, width, ceiling height), photos from multiple angles showing current state, architectural constraints (windows, doors, outlets, built-ins), your design preferences and inspirational images, budget for furnishings, and any existing furniture you'd like to keep. The more information you provide, the more accurately we can tailor the design to your needs. We provide a detailed checklist to make this process easy.

Yes! Our standard payment structure requires 50% deposit to begin work and 50% upon final delivery. For Premium packages, we can discuss custom payment schedules based on project milestones. You'll have all the tools and information needed to start purchasing and implementing your design at your own pace. We provide direct links to all recommended products for easy shopping. For questions during implementation, Essential and Premium packages include limited email support (7 days and 30 days respectively). You can also add Extended Support for ongoing consultation.
